06 Mind Over Mountains – mindset and overcoming struggles with Life Coach Mairtin Og

Mairtin Og is a mindset coach based out of Kinvara in County Galway.  Mairtin uses his experiencing of overcoming loss and rebuilding his life to work with clients who are struggling or stuck in their own lives.   He set up Mind over Mountains in 2020 – it is an initiative combining coaching, mentoring and the great outdoors.
