We are chatting about all the things that effect the scale and cause fluctuations!! So many times people will message me saying the scale jumped up 2-4 pounds from last week, it's gotta be muscle though, right?! I love the fact that people want muscle and yes, we can gain it on a weekly basis, however, it is not possible to gain pounds of muscle over a week span.
