Show Notes In this episode we start our look at Simon's disseration work on London Transport policy in the 1930s. We start of with a look back at the context behind our later discussions as we talk about the early London Underground and the decisions which laid the fondations for the system. Part of the research for this episode stems from an essay written by Simon in pursuit of his MA in Railway Studies from the University of York, so an acknowledgement of the support from Dr David Turner in writing that essay is also due.
