Tony Robbins, in an interview with Jay Shetty, shared some of the details of his new book: Life Force. What I got from his insights and actions was that if I can focus on what is important, remove that which I can't control, I will optimize both my physical and mental health. Some things Tony does to contribute to his health are breathing exercises, hot and cold therapy, physical activity and more.
