GOALS #2 Gail Houseman discusses Visiting Volunteers

ALS United Mid-Atlantic nurse Gail Houseman, RN, MSN-APRN, joins the GOALS Podcast to discuss the valuable Visiting Volunteer program. Gail runs this program to connect people with ALS with a caring volunteer who will come to their home to provide companionship and help around the house. The program is unique to ALS United Mid-Atlantic and is an example of treating each person as an individual and not just like a number on a spreadsheet.
