Finding Your Why with Rebecca Claeys

    Today’s episode helps us take a deeper look at Finding Our Why. I really enjoyed chatting with Rebecca Claeys, the Author of the amazing book, When What Gives Way to Why. (Available on paperback tomorrow, 26 April!) We discuss digging into conditioned roles, ideas, and beliefs to discover the root causes behind them, so we may shift how we think about them and move forward. Rebecca and her book help us do that in a very light and thought-provoking way. She also offers a companion workbook that I am currently using myself! Rebecca is the owner of Cleopatras Seeds, where she offers 1 on 1 and group sessions to aid in rediscovering the Self and Empowering us to get out of the burn out cycle.
