Confronting Injustice

Linda Solomon and co-host Khari Wilcox talk about the direction of youth today in their mission to heal, educate and empower. Healing begins with honesty-- kids need structure. Mindful communication from guardians, youth mentorship circles and parenting groups are some of the ideas discussed to help rebuild, restore and reclaim a generation of young people absorbed by social media, overstimulated by a torrent of information and left under-guided as they look to us for direction and recognition. The internet is an amoral compass and parents need to be strong, present and committed as they express the value of quality time if they wish to lead the youth of today to a meaningful path into the future. Confronting Injustice is tough and reminds us that love is not always easy yet always worth the effort.
