We are jumping in to Season 2 of the ALL-NEW Evolve Beyond Limits podcast! This will be a lot more raw, a lot more real, and a lot weirder - as I am stepping into the newest version of myself and bringing you all along with me! In this episode, I talked about two of my very own experiences of "The Blame Game." In one way or another, we all get to experience this - and sometimes we are guilty of it as well. The projection, the shifting, the complaining...all of these are learned behaviors that we choose to dump unto others when we feel backed up in a corner without escape. It's a human response, a fight or flight type of reaction.

The question to ask now is, "Am I showing up as the best version of myself?" Everything that's going on in our world right now is a direct mirror of what's happening inside each one of us. Are we showing up as our best self, or are we choosing to break our integrity as a person? Because how we show up, every day, matters.
