Living in a Judgemental Society

We all know by now that no matter what we decide to do in our life, we are going to be judged and we are going to judge others.  Sometimes we do this with positive or non-harming intentions. Most of the time unfortunately, our judgment often comes from a negative place and with a darker intent. Though we judge for many reasons, we often do it when:

·       We don’t know a person well (yet)

·       We cannot identify with a person’s belief system, values, or behaviour

·       That person somehow threatens how we perceive ourselves

In this podcast episode, we will look into why we judge and how we can transform ourselves to live in a less judgemental society.
