Guided Meditation | Ajahn Brahmavamso | 22 May 2021

Vesak is approaching very soon, therefore Ajahn Brahm teaches us what he calls Vesak meditation. In this meditation we visualise what it feels like to be the Buddha meditating under the Bodhi tree, free of all desire and being in the present moment, perfectly content.
