Chelsea City Council President Roy Avellaneda

Dedicated to the preservation and advancement of his hometown of Chelsea, Roy’s advocacy to ensure residents have equal access to programs and services that sustain their livelihood is his mission. 

Council President Avelleneda remains optimistic in the city’s fight to be “Seen”, to be included – and have access to funding -  where neighboring cities have benefited.
