Earlier this year we completed our very first "World Tour of Scotland" with our Team Scotland colleagues from the Scottish Funding Council, Scotland Europa and Highlands & Islands Enterprise to tell everyone about the opportunities in the forthcoming Horizon 2020 programme. We made a podcast (What will Horizon 2020 do for me?) that still is our most successful podcast. Going by the questions from our event audiences, one of the most eagerly anticipated parts of Horizon 2020 is the SME Instrument. Now Horizon 2020 is "live" and Call deadlines loom there are numerous factsheets and briefings that are filling the gaps in our knowledge. This podcast is focused on the Horizon 2020 SME Instrument and in particular the most recent briefing (March 2014) on eligibility, evaluation and tips for success. The podcast contains important information that will help you decide how to prepare and how to write your application. We also answer questions such as : Should i apply for phase 1, 2 or 3? I have a project for my own company only, do i need to have partners? My project covers more than one Call topic. What do i do?If you have any questions, you can contact us by emailing H2020@scotent.co.uk , sending us a tweet on @eenscotland or calling our Glasgow number 01412282797.Oh, and please follow the SME Instrument (@H2020SME) on Twitter !The Enterprise Europe Network helps you develop your business.
