The 2018 CrossFit Open has come and gone and Bro and Mo spend a few minutes sharing their thoughts on the workouts, some of the controversy that took place this season and their take on The Open Overall.
At the close of the show, the guys take some time to talk about a serious issue that impacted their community recently that resulted in a tragic loss.  Just know that the OMR family is here for anyone out there.
