The Delaware County Veterans Stand Down Event on Delaware County Today 9/03/25

Delaware County Today with Bret Busby featured Brian Wilson, Ronnie Allen, and Nathan Jones, three local combat veterans working hard to support their fellow service members. They discussed the challenges of returning from combat, the vital role of Veterans Service Officers, and how local vets can get help with housing, food, addiction recovery, and more.

 

Don’t miss the Delaware County Veterans Stand Down — Tuesday, September 16th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Heartland Hall, Delaware County Fairgrounds. Free admission for all veterans with proof of service. Over 40 vendors will provide resources from the VA, health services, housing support, and more.
