Wake Up Tri-Counties OSF Healthcare Community Health Needs Assessment

In Princeton and Kewanee, Illinois, OSF HealthCare  is calling upon local residents to engage in a community health needs survey to address and prioritize local health concerns. Available in both English and Spanish, the survey can be completed online or through a paper form at OSF Saint Clare in Princeton or OSF Saint Luke in Kewanee. This initiative is part of a broader effort to tailor health services to the unique needs of each community. Jackie Kernan, President of OSF Saint Clare, emphasized the importance of community input in identifying key health challenges. Results from these surveys guide the development of targeted health programs. Residents have until August 31 to participate. More details can be found on osfhealthcare.org.
