Based in the Greater Toronto Area, she currently works as a building operator and fulfills her passion as a fitness coach for MishFit Lifestyle Coaching. She is not your average fitness coach - she goes deep into understanding your diet, lifestyle, and your mental health with her background in psychology and sociology from York U. During the pandemic, she also completed a course on Mental Health Intervention. After encountering the most horrific childhood experience, she developed a coping strategy that led to a decade of serial dating. Fortunately, her search for love from others turned into a healthy love for herself AND for fitness, all of which stemmed from juggling life’s lemons... Michelle Rose.
