Todd Sees was a Pennsylvania man who mysteriously disappeared in 2002 only to be found dead and emaciated, 39 hrs later. Its a case that gained notoriety due to its strange circumstances, mainly witnesses reporting UFOs, a boot found high in a tree, and no signs of foul play. This ones a head scratcher for the ages, especially if you don't believe in aliens! lol
