Society & Culture:Personal Journals
Whether we like it or not, we are judged on the many things that we say or do. And try as we may to resist, we also tend to judge others too.
This week I have Strategic Communications Consultant Drew Kerr with me on the podcast to talk about a topic that impacts each and every one of us.
In this episode, we're talking all about judgment. What is it? Why do we do it? And how can we adjust the way we react or respond to it. Listen in as we talk about how judgment differs from feedback and criticism as well as discussing how to stand up for yourself against judgmental bullies. We cap things off with a discussion about how to speak with greater empathy and compassion toward others as well as steps you can take to be less judgmental all around.
Enjoy the episode.
