With the Corona Virus spreading both Federal and State governments are closing many types of businesses. This is going to create great loss for many who may not be able to recover from this forced shut down. Many of you may have "Business Interruption" insurance. What many of you may not know is that most policies have an exemption for "Virus and Bacteria" This means any loss from being shut down for the Corona Virus would not be covered, and you would be out all that revenue loss. The Federal Government may decide to step in. However, you may have to file for a loss and be denied. Only then would you be able to seek Federal relief. This is unprecedented area and we have not had to deal with this before.
