She loves people, love and passion. She is a natural people connector since she was a young child. Throughout her career, she realized how mainstream personality tests fell short of expectations, and failed to characterize her clients for job placement. Discovering the Enneagram was a massive pivot that allowed Melissa to finally start seeing people for who they really are and use that to guide them on their best path.

Melissa is an expert certified Enneagram coach and has interpreted hundreds of Enneagram charts. Her work has enabled so many to see themselves clearly and cut to the chase in any aspect of their lives.

In this episode, Melissa and I dig deep into the 9 Enneagram Types and how these type influences our worldview and relationships. The Enneagram is a secular system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. The Enneagram maps each type on a nine-pointed diagram which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another. Melissa and I break down and discuss how anyone can use the Enneagram to look at themselves objectively and be guided down their best path.
