Caron. Our conversation delves into the work struggles and realizations that led to the creation of his book, and the meaning of its title , Switched On. Along the way we learn of some of the challenges that face law enforcement, and their families, every day. Eric reveals some of his own struggle with PTSD, and the outreach available via Blue H.E.L.P. But his book is not just for law enforcement, as Eric highlights how everyone can benefit from being Switched On.
