Why do the double vaccinated fall ill with Covid?

Data is coming in that shows the disturbing trend that the VACCINATED appear to be more susceptible to Covid than the UNVACCINATED. From Israel to the UK, we have a problem and it seems to question the "vaccine" having ANY efficacy.
