Yes, I know I shouldn't suggest that the Black Church is a monolith. I do understand that the churches are separate and have their own philosophy concerning community activism. However, I do want to explore whether since the Civil Rights struggle of the 1960s has the overall Black Church been doing enough to help the community move forward. Dr. Tommie Jackson is my guest.
