The One About Self-Advocacy and Independence

Our job as parents is to give our kids the wisdom and tools they need to grow into adults that flourish, but letting go can be hard!  How do we assist them and at the same time give them wings?  In this episode I invited health teacher and author, Jodi Maurici to talk to us about building independence and self-advocacy in our kids.
