In this episode of HBCU Corner, Wole and Ray sit down with Alabama A&M University (AAMU) Women’s Basketball Head Coach Dawn Thornton to discuss a historic season for the Lady Bulldogs.

Coach Thornton reflects on leading Alabama A&M to its first SWAC regular-season championship, a major milestone that established the program as one of the top teams in the conference. The Lady Bulldogs earned the No. 1 seed in the SWAC Tournament after a dominant season highlighted by an impressive winning streak and multiple program achievements.
