The book has sold over 500,000 copies and is published in multiple languages. His second book, How I Lost Money in Real Estate Before it was Fashionable, highlights his experience as a landlord and provides a cautionary tale for people considering direct rental property as an investment. JL's upcoming book, Pathfinders, will feature success stories from 100 followers around the world.
