Guided Meditation | Ajahn Brahm | 6 December 2025

Ajahn Brahm conducts an intermediate/ advanced meditation class for approximately one hour. Ajahn Brahm speaks on the importance of patience and not interfering in meditation, giving the example of growing flowers in a garden. Ajahn also gives the simile of an airplane with just 2 beings inside: the pilot and a dog.
