Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center is expanding its wraparound services to veterans and their families in Southern Colorado, including Fountain, Pueblo and Trinidad.  Veterans living in rural areas of Southern Colorado will enjoy the same integrated service model offered in Colorado Springs.
