Track 2 – Are You Ready?

TRACK 2: This is the start of your experience. At this point you should be ready to start but still at home or, if you’ve travelled further afield to take part, you might be waiting in the car. Clear yourself of distractions and get ready to dive in. 

Later in the track, you’ll be asked to move to a spot you find peaceful and relaxing – keep listening while you move there.
