Joliet musician, singer/songwriter Steev Custer has many musical personalities, like the schizophrenic subject of the new Siouxie single of 46 years ago this week, but he has not disintegrated or even disappeared after 35 years of playing in various Chicago Punk Bands. Space Age Zeros, Death And Memphis and especially, SMFC (Steve Mother Fucking Custer) his namesake group. In a special homecoming gig, Steev leads a new lineup of SMFC through a Saturday Night local D.I.Y. Punk show at Fine Tunes Center For The Arts in Channahon. I talk with him about how he is focusing more on expanding his singing and vocal talent. Along with a blazing new music video for the second single off The First Four Songs debut EP.
