Now Jesus was praying in a certain place, and when he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples. – Luke 11:1

1. Pray To Keep Your Focus On God Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. – Luke 11:2 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

2. Pray For An Ongoing Relationship Father, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. – Luke 11:2 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

3. Pray For Daily Miracles Give us each day our daily bread. – Luke 11:3 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

4. Pray With A Clean Heart Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. – Luke 11:4 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

5. Pray To Overcome Lead us not into temptation. – Luke 11:4 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

6. Pray With Persistence I tell you, even though he will not get up and give him anything just because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence and boldness he will get up and give him whatever he needs. – Luke 11:8 (AMP) ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
