As we get older there's the possibility of thinking we know it all. or at least we know enough. We've been on the planet for a long time, we have gone through many ups and downs and we've done it all. Well, yes and no. There's always room to learn more and continue growing. This week's episode is about remaining teachable, which I have found to be essential to my wellbeing.
