We talk with AACP President and Pharmacy Fika Super-Fan Russell B. Melchert, Ph.D. - Dean, University of Missouri-Kansas City and Professor, Division of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences - about the importance of community and connection to our sense of wellbeing.  Learning is a social phenomenon, and the advancement of our disciplines, profession, and institutions is achieved by people working together, in community, to achieve common goals.  We seem to have lost our way in recent years.  Do we need to rebuild or reimagine?
