And when one day the answer is Snow White, she got pretty angry at the magic mirror. Ouchhh How would you react if that was you in front of that mirror? However, there is a catch. Let go of anger

Stop fearing judgment

Deal with past emotional hurts

Would you throw rocks at the magic mirror?

Or would you take the advice?

Oh, and the most important advice, that the mirror gives you is to LOVE yourself deeply.

Yes, I know, you can stop rolling your eyes at me and listen with an open mind.

Because we can't let more ease and lightness into our lives when we are being hard on ourselves.

We can't allow more happiness if we don't love ourselves first.

We can not let in sustainable success if we abuse our bodies with unhealthy food, alcohol, no water, overworking, no exercise, negativity or worrying. It doesn't work. All starts with YOU.
