Chatham-Kent homeowners will be paying just under 5 per cent more in municipal property taxes next year, a Chatham-Kent community is looking for answers from a local group home after two separate incidents in the past month, and Chatham-Kent police are putting out a warning about some people who are posing as bail bondsmen.
