In this episode, I will talk about one of the TED Talks that impact me the most——“Why 30 is not the new 20” by clinical psychologist, Meg Jay. I will introduce the 3 reminders Meg Jay thinks young adults need to know (and don't be misled by mass media). I will also share how this TED talk influenced my life choices: exploring the field of youth development, moving to Mongolia to run an international NGO, becoming a teacher in Hong Kong, and most importantly, now stay motivated to live out my life purpose.
