Myers-Briggs in the Home featuring Sandra Etherington

Sandra Etherington had experience with Myers-Briggs assessments and knew how effective they were in understanding what made different people tick but it wasn’t until she put Myers-Briggs to work within her own family that she realized how helpful they could be in personal relationships, too.  Fortified with a clearer view of her loved ones’ personality traits and new ways to interact and relate to her husband and children she was able to more effectively navigate parenting-style differences, better care for her kids, and diffuse conflict in a more meaningful way.

 

In this episode, Sandra shares how she utilizes Myers-Briggs to help families add a rational layer to their relationship so they can keep the peace, build trust, and show loved ones they are cared for and truly understood.
