The week after Memorial Day, my friend James Robinson reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in sitting down and talking about racism in light of the recent murder of George Floyd and the need for America to wake up to systemic racism. We had our conversation and I'm continuing with more. Today I am joined by musician, actor, dancer, healer, Chandra Washington! Chandra shares her experiences with racism, growing up in Austin and Washington D.C., White Fragility, her work with the Sun Ra Arkestra and much more. I would like to thank Chandra for her time and insight. We have a lot of work to do. Listening is the best place to start. Black Lives Matter.
