My guest today is Steve Opalenik. Steve is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Co-Founder of The Promethean Project. Steve received his undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst and his masters from Springfield College. In 2017 he started The Promethean Project. The Promethean Project is a non-profit wellness center, whose mission is to create a one stop shop for peoples’ physical, mental, and holistic health needs and goals. In the episode we discuss Steve's background, why he started The Promethean Project, what his goals are for the people that the project supports and future plans for the non-profit.
