David Sohn, author of “Escaping the Labyrinth - Body Memory Process”, talks about how the body stores memories and why we repeat patterns of behavior. His extensive experience in working with people to heal their inner child allowed him to create a formal process for completing the past.
David shares his perspective on how we relate to the world based on what our (5) five year old selves decided - Who I am, Who they are and What life is. Recognizing the decisions made at that age allows for working the process to clear the past.
Note: David lives in Hawaii - if calling please consider the time difference.
