Using House Hacking To Start Over After A Divorce

Sarah, from Nerds Guide to FI, shares with us her journey of being young & in love, and getting married. Then how they as a couple started off as a great, but quickly got in heaps of debt. Then she discovered and followed Dave Ramsey to get out of debt and build up a portfolio of five rental properties before it all came apart. Overnight Sarah left her narcissistic husband, who was abusing alcohol and was hiding a drug addiction. She talks about how she used house hacking to build a new life for her, and her daughter.
