What is it that builds confidence in kids?  How do we inadvertently create doubt in our children?  Today’s episode opens the door for seeing this process in physical movement.  The concepts are still the same when we talk about emotional courage or courage to express themselves.  

Today, I will tell a true story that lays bare how our words can create an outcome - even if it is not what we intend!  Becoming aware is the first step to knowing exactly what you want to change.   Let's together build confident, courageous kids!   I am glad you are here!
