Now, we’re getting into the fun part. Once we’re able to identify potential leaders we can start working with them to develop them into the leaders they’re meant to be. One of the first things you need to learn though is that not everybody you sponsor is going to become a leader, because not everybody you sponsor is meant to be a leader. Some are not necessarily capable, some are capable but they don’t want to become a leader, and some are capable but they are not ready to lead yet.
