Will he or won't he? Get the new car, that is. On this week's show, BJ shared his experience with a potential car purchase and a conversation with ChatGPT about a possible discount. It's more of an upgrade, really. His lease is up, and it's time for the next set of wheels.  Sadness in Gainesville, Bill's current home. The Gator men's basketball team is out of March Madness, after suffering a very disapointing loss in the tournament. Fun stuff from BJ and his daughter, after the daughter and her partner met a real, live celebrity at Sea World... and they even had dinner with them! It doesn't happen often, but it did this past week! BJ and Bill were excited and grateful to read a real, live email sent to the show! It was from another fellow podcaster, too. Shoutout to Rick Peterson of the "Always Wondered" show, also on our parent netork, The Podcast Playground.  Plenty of news this week. Bill and his partner are moving to a new, very OG house in the Gainesville area. For you architecure fans, it's a style called "Mid-Century Modern," and that means the middle of LAST century, the 1950's. Very cool. The boys also talked about the Oscars a bit, and did some deep-memory dives about the last time they saw a real movie in a real theater. Been a minute, for sure!  Also, a bit of sad news... the "funeral" last weekend for BJ's daughters' pet - a bearded lizard! BJ and Bill discus BJ's upcoming appearance on WCXS 104.5 Classic Country in Arcadia, Florida, where he will promote his book "More Parts Than a Chicken Nugget."   They shared updates about BJ's efforts to get his book reviewed by major networks, including a rejection letter from Reese Witherspoon's company.   The conversation covered their shared experiences in radio broadcasting, including their time working at various stations and their appreciation for the "theater of the mind" aspect of radio.   They discussed the evolution of food trucks and their licensing requirements, as well as BJ's recent experience attending a Maddie and Tae concert in Fort Myers.
