So many women are floored and flummoxed when their ex moves on in two shakes of a lambs tail!  They start to question their worth and value, especially in comparison to the "new" woman.  They get mad and want to warn her.  Dr. Sherri felt all of these things and more, BUT she had some breakthroughs about giving grace AND realizing, "It's just not about me!"
