Today's Tinycast was not my idea, but it is one I use all the time.
The title says it all, you can learn a lot by writing about your experience. Start with a short note, or a sentence or two, and build from there. Do it the old-fashioned way, in a notebook, because that helps the reflective process.

It all started at breakfast, with something my wife told me. With her encouragement, no sooner had I finished my coffee, than I was in the studio while the idea was still fresh. How do we bounce back?
Disappointments, losses, rejections, setbacks... Common experiences and part of life, but they can be huge black holes nevertheless.
It turns out – and I only managed to put this into words as I recorded this episode – that there are three steps to take if you want to begin the process of adaptation following any significant life change.
