Are you speaking from a bubble and disengaging others ?

Don't speak from your bubble but from a place that others can understand.   When others are outside the bubble they will not be able to connect and engage.  This is not effective for communication.     Be aware of bubble language and styles that excludes others from connecting.  Listen to how you can change this and be more inclusive for others who are outside your organisation or group.
