Claus Meyer: Hvordan kan Danmark blive et plantebaseret foregangsland?
Vores fødevaresystem er i ubalance og det koster på vores klimaaftryk. Alt for meget af vores landbrugsjord går til dyr vi spiser og til produktion af dyrefoder. Vi er derfor nødt til at spise langt flere planter end vi gør i dag.
Men hvordan kan vi få alle danskere til at holde af plantebaseret mad?
