This episode is an honest, heart-to-heart conversation between Jen and I about the balancing act of parenting, career, and life. We unpack the challenges of juggling it all, while sharing tips on finding clarity, making decisions and giving yourself permission to move in directions that may feel scary or hard. We give some real-talk on how to reconnect with your priorities and cultivate inner peace amidst the chaos of choices and decisions we face (big or small).
