Navigating the Identity Shifts of Motherhood

There is a saying: "When a baby is born, a mother is born too."

Both Jen and I have found this saying to hold true - on many levels. This episode dives into our personal experiences around identity shifts after birth and the ripples those had in our own lives. We give some fun metaphors as well that hopefully can resonate with some of the mamas listening and/or give a better understanding to those awaiting birth and beyond.
